Youth Fitness Programs
Today we are faced with a nationwide child obesity epidemic. Physical education classes have been replaced with a sedentary lifestyle: sitting in front of the television and the computer. Pre- and Postnatal Exercise

Progressive Training

Functional/Rehabilitation Training
Functional training is an effective form of exercise that trains several muscle groups. While training several muscle groups, our clients execute movements performed in everyday life. The aim of functional training is to condition your body to perform certain tasks, from running to lifting your kids, by mimicking these movements in an unstable environment.
Small Group Training
This type of training is specifically designed for 20 PEOPLE OR LESS, who share common goals and time lines, under the coaching of a personal trainer. This is also an economical way to get individualized training at a fraction of the cost! The small group training classes are specific to the goals of the class participants, and not for general fitness purposes.
